Rev. Lucious Robinson

We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8
Reverend Lucious Robinson was born July 31, 1950 in Belzoni, Missippi, to the late Alberta Robinson and Quinn Fields. He was their only child together. He was reared by Mobile and Claire Robinson.
Reverend Lucious was a very strong and intelligent man. He completed high school and some college courses. This educational background lead him to a very successful and blessed career.
Reverend Lucious was united in Holy Matrimony to Mae Thelma Robinson from 1972-1999. This union was blessed with three beautiful and loving children. He was a business man and was a private investigator at Northrop Corporations and later continued his career as head of security at Loyola University, where he retired. 
Reverend Lucious accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized at an early age. He was a devoted minister and Sunday school teacher for many years at First Corinthian Baptist church. He then later joined Mt. Bethlehem M.B. church where he continued to serve God as a minister and teacher. He loved the Lord and witnessed to everyone that he encountered, ensuring that all had the right to the tree of life. He preached as well as sung very well, the words of God. Rev. Lucious worked tirelessly in the church until his untimely death.
On Saturday, June 23, 2018, Rev. Lucious departed this earthly life, bound for heaven on high.
Rev. Lucious leaves to mourn his beloved memory: three daughters, Shuntai Robinson, Sherita Sabbat(Robinson), Juanita Robinson; two sons,Kevin Mabry , Tibithal Selders and Christopher who preceded him in death; two grandchildren Princeton Sabbat and Paris Sabbat: his best friend/brother Quinn Fields,his siblings,cousins, friends, colleagues, church families, and others that he adored.
